We opened Ample Hills Creamery in the spring of 2011, terrified no one would show up and wholly unprepared for when they did. We were novice entrepreneurs and new parents, at the start of a wild and rocky ride, we dedicated ourselves to making ice cream the old fashioned way, slowly, by hand.
